You need
1 can coconut milk
1 can coconut cream
50ml honey
8ml flaked salt
To prepare
I like to pre-chill the coconut milk and cream as it speeds up the freezing process.
Place all ingredients except the salt into the ice cream machine. Churn until it is nearly frozen, add the salt. Churn to mix the salt in and place mixture into freezer container.
