While I love a decadently cheesy traditionally English cauliflower I find that I have recently been serving more Indian influenced cauliflower dishes.
Particularly when you are watching the calories a fat free curried yoghurt topping ticks all the boxes.
This is an interesting accompaniment or as a vegetarian main course when the addition of nuts will increase the protein component of the meal.
I served this dish with grilled pork chops, but it makes striking vegetable dish or accompaniment to any meat, fish or poultry roast or grill.
If you are preparing an Indian meal, it is a must as it looks so glamorous.
You can prepare it all in advance leaving to 10-15 minutes baking time to just prior to serving.
