Serves 2 generously

1 small cauliflower

125ml plain yoghurt

10ml masala or curry paste

5ml turmeric

0,5 ml cumin seeds

Optional 50ml chopped nuts: almonds or cashews

1 chilli thinly sliced

1 spring onion, thinly sliced or 15ml finely chopped onion

To prepare

Remove the stem of the cauliflower and slice it so that it can sit flat

Place the cauli in a bowl with about 100ml water, cover with plastic wrap or a lid and microwave on full power for 3-4 minutes or until the it is just tender, but not too soft. Drain the water and place the cauli on a baking dish.

Reserve a few chilli and spring onion slices to finish the cooked dish

Mix the remaining ingredients together

Spread the yoghurt mix over the cauliflower

Set the oven temperature to 200°C

Bake the cauliflower for 10-15 minutes, until it is warm and golden

Sprinkle the chilli and onion over & serve hot
