You simply have to try Grilled Grapes at least once!

It was a cool evening and needed to add something interesting to the cheese board.

I had read about baked grapes, but not wanting to heat my oven, I decided to try grilling them.  All I did was cut the grapes into smaller bunches, toss them in olive oil and then popped them under the grill for about 8 minutes and arranged them on the cheese board.

Sweet nectar, utterly delicious!

Next time I make a ‘Veronique’ style dish (recipe here), I will use grilled grapes. The heat enhances the flavour to another level.
